If you are in the computer monitor, LCD, and see the camera, is very likely a problem with the CCD and it is not surprising that it is more expensive than buying a new digital camera. Therefore, you must be very careful in taking care of your camera, as are most susceptible to treatment by any of the women's Uber damaged.
HTH.

Canon is a lie. If the lines appear in the picture, which means that there is a problem in the LCD. An optical lens is pure - unless a huge wound in her (which is not always sharp lines in the pictures) should not have this effect in the pictures. A problem of CCD lines in the images and lines on the LCD screen (from the CCD is used) to account for the live image feed. The only explanation I can think is that when the lens mechanism leads to a kind of interference, but the problem seems rather CCD.
Canon is so clever, never thought I would go so. If you have sent, I would say to the representative. If you really want that camera back, but it can be pretty useless without a remedy. If you are still, I would always discuss with the representatives. to arrange for free repair. For this price, it is better to buy a new camera.

What kind of vertical line?
In any case, up to $ 100 this type of camera repair are too expensive. With a little more to get the Canon PowerShot A570 IS (~ $ 170 depending on the store), which is a much better camera.
